Development
In order to increase our capacity we are constantly investing in the machinery. Together we implement modern technologies in order to optimize the production process as much as possible.
Natura’s production plant is located on an area of 8.5 hectares, the production and storage halls are about 20,000 square meters large. The company is the largest employer in the region, employing over 650 people. All stages of the production process, starting from the processing of round wood, through its drying and forming of finished products, are carried out in our plant.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Round wood is processed in our sawmill.
The advanced drying system allows to achieve the required moisture content of wooden boards which we next prepare for production of the plywood.
Wood remains our greatest inspiration. For over 30 years we have been using it in the production of garden furniture and pine plywood. We are one of the leading suppliers of garden furniture in Europe. We supply wholesale customers as well as large retail chains in 27 countries worldwide.
In the production process the wood is carefully selected. Only the highest quality material is used to produce semi-finished elements for production of items of daily use, i.e. garden furniture and woodwork.
The plywood is made up of suitable boards or the so-called laths, glued together in thickness or width. Special adhesives with high durability are used to join them. Plywood is made in such a way as to neutralize the stress created in the wood and thus prevent its subsequent deformation.
